Pulzee uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmet
Pulzee, her gün yenilenen günlük bulmaca oyunları sunan ücretsiz, reklam destekli bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmeti önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
2. Hesap
Bazı özellikler için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Doğru bilgi vermeyi kabul edersiniz. Giriş yapmadan misafir olarak da oynayabilirsiniz; 90 gün kullanılmayan misafir hesapları verileriyle birlikte otomatik olarak silinir (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı; hizmeti aksatmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya, otomatik araçlarla kötüye kullanmaya veya skor/liderlik sistemlerini hileyle manipüle etmeye çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz. Bu tür davranışlar hesabınızın askıya alınmasına yol açabilir.
4. Reklamlar
Uygulama, üçüncü taraf reklamlar (Google AdMob) içerir. İsteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar (ör. ek ipucu, seri koruma) izleyerek bazı avantajlar elde edebilirsiniz.
5. Pulzee Plus (abonelik ve satın almalar)
Pulzee Plus isteğe bağlı bir yükseltmedir. Uygulama Plus olmadan da tam olarak oynanabilir; Plus reklamları kaldırır, sınırsız ipucu, otomatik seri kalkanı ve geçmiş günlerin arşivini açar.
Planlar. Aylık ve yıllık planlar otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerdir. Ömür boyu plan ise tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve yenilenmez.
Ödeme ve yenileme. Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda mağaza hesabınıza (Apple Kimliği veya Google Play) yansıtılır. Abonelik, içinde bulunulan dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmazsa kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir. Güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında, kendi para biriminizde gösterilir.
Yönetme ve iptal. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz: iOS'ta Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Menü → Abonelikler. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o döneme kadar Plus özellikleri açık kalır.
İade. Satın almalar mağaza üzerinden gerçekleştiği için iadeleri de mağaza yürütür ve mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir; hit4F Games ödeme almaz ve doğrudan iade yapamaz. AB/AEA'da bulunuyorsanız dijital içerik için 14 günlük cayma hakkınız olabilir; hizmet cayma süresi dolmadan başlatıldığında bu hak sınırlanabilir.
Değişiklikler. Fiyatı veya plan içeriğini değiştirebiliriz. Mevcut bir aboneliği etkileyen değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce bildirilir ve mağazanın kuralları uyarınca onayınız istenir; kabul etmezseniz abonelik yenilenmez.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama, oyun içerikleri, tasarım ve markalar hit4F Games’e aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım dışında izinsiz kopyalayamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
8. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yoluyla silebilirsiniz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

By using the Pulzee application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service
Pulzee is a free, ad-supported mobile app offering daily puzzle games that refresh each day. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service without prior notice.
2. Account
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information. You can also play as a guest without signing in; guest accounts unused for 90 days are deleted automatically along with their data (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes; not to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, abuse it with automated tools, or manipulate the score/leaderboard systems through cheating. Such behavior may result in suspension of your account.
4. Advertising
The App contains third-party ads (Google AdMob). You may watch optional rewarded ads (e.g. for extra hints or streak protection) to gain certain benefits.
5. Pulzee Plus (subscriptions and purchases)
Pulzee Plus is an optional upgrade. The app is fully playable without it; Plus removes ads and unlocks unlimited hints, the automatic streak shield, and the archive of past days.
Plans. The monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Payment and renewal. You are charged through your store account (Apple Account or Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the period ends. The current price is shown in your own currency on the purchase screen.
Managing and cancelling. You can cancel at any time: on iOS via Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android via Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Plus features stay active until then.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by the stores, so refunds are handled by them and governed by their refund policies; hit4F Games does not receive payments and cannot issue refunds directly. If you are in the EU/EEA you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; that right can be limited once the service has started before the withdrawal period ends.
Changes. We may change pricing or what a plan includes. Changes affecting an existing subscription are announced before they take effect and your consent is requested in line with store rules; if you do not accept, the subscription will not renew.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, game content, design, and trademarks belong to hit4F Games and are protected by copyright. You may not copy or distribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
