1. Uygulamadan silme (en hızlı yol)
Pulzee'yi açın ve Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yolunu izleyin. Onayladığınızda hesabınız ve verileriniz anında silinir; ayrıca bir işlem yapmanız gerekmez.
2. E-posta ile silme talebi
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız (telefonunuz yoksa, hesabınıza giremiyorsanız) talebinizi e-postayla iletebilirsiniz:

E-postayı hesabınıza kayıtlı adresten gönderin ve konuya “Hesap silme talebi” yazın. Kayıtlı adresten gelmeyen talepleri, hesabın gerçekten size ait olduğunu doğrulayamadığımız için işleme alamayız. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır; pratikte çok daha hızlıdır.
3. Silinen veriler
Hesabınız silindiğinde şunlar kalıcı olarak kaldırılır ve geri alınamaz:
- Hesabınız (e-posta, görünen ad, profil fotoğrafı) ve giriş bilgileriniz
- Oyun geçmişiniz ve puanlarınız
- Seriniz ve seri kalkanlarınız
- Kazandığınız rozetler
- Bildirim kayıtlarınız (cihaz jetonları)
- Oyun oturumu kayıtlarınız
- Abonelik kaydınız (uygulama tarafındaki kopyası)
- Gönderdiğiniz geri bildirimler (yazdıysanız e-posta adresiyle birlikte)
- Yaptığınız ve hakkınızda yapılan şikayet kayıtları
Silme işleminden sonra liderlik tablolarında görünmezsiniz.
4. Silinmeyen veriler ve süreler
Satın alma kayıtları. Ödemeler Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir; bu kayıtlar bizde değil, ilgili mağazada tutulur ve mağazanın kendi saklama politikasına tabidir. Hesabınızı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez — aboneliği ayrıca mağazadan kapatmanız gerekir (bkz. Kullanım Koşulları).
Kişiye bağlı olmayan veriler. Günlük bulmaca içeriği ve toplam istatistikler kişiyle ilişkilendirilemez; bunlar silme kapsamında değildir.
Yedekler. Silinen kayıtlar sistem yedeklerinden en geç 30 gün içinde düşer.
Yasal saklama. Yürürlükteki mevzuat gereği tutmak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar (ör. mali kayıtlar) varsa yalnız o kapsamda ve yasanın öngördüğü süreyle saklanır.
5. Misafir hesapları
Giriş yapmadan oynadıysanız verileriniz cihaza bağlı geçici bir misafir hesabında tutulur. Uygulamayı silmeniz bu hesaba erişimi ortadan kaldırır; kalıcı silme için uygulamadan Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yolunu kullanın. Misafir hesabı 90 gün boyunca kullanılmazsa (uygulama açılmaz, oyun oynanmazsa) verileriyle birlikte zaten otomatik olarak silinir.

Deleting Your Account — Pulzee

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)
Open Pulzee and go to Settings → Delete Account. Once you confirm, your account and data are deleted immediately — nothing else is required from you.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app (no longer have the phone, cannot sign in), you can request deletion by email:

Send the email from the address registered to your account and use the subject “Account deletion request”. We cannot action requests from other addresses, because we cannot verify that the account is yours. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest, and in practice much sooner.
3. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is removed permanently and cannot be recovered:
- Your account (email, display name, profile photo) and sign-in credentials
- Your game history and scores
- Your streak and streak shields
- Badges you have earned
- Your notification records (device tokens)
- Your game session records
- Your subscription record (the app-side copy)
- Feedback you sent (including your email address, if you provided one)
- Reports you made and reports made about you
After deletion you no longer appear on any leaderboard.
4. What is not deleted, and for how long
Purchase records. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play; those records are held by the stores, not by us, and are subject to their retention policies. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — you must also cancel it in the store (see Terms of Service).
Non-personal data. Daily puzzle content and aggregate statistics cannot be linked to a person and are outside the scope of deletion.
Backups. Deleted records fall out of system backups within 30 days.
Legal retention. Where applicable law requires us to keep certain records (e.g. financial records), we keep only those, and only for the period the law requires.
5. Guest accounts
If you played without signing in, your data is held in a temporary guest account tied to the device. Deleting the app removes your access to it; for permanent deletion use Settings → Delete Account in the app. A guest account that is not used for 90 days (the app is not opened and no game is played) is deleted automatically along with its data.
