Gizlilik Politikası — Pulzee

Bu politika, Pulzee mobil uygulamasını kullandığınızda hangi kişisel verilerin işlendiğini, hangi hukuki dayanakla, ne kadar süreyle ve haklarınızın neler olduğunu açıklar.

Avrupa Birliği, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı veya Birleşik Krallık'taki kullanıcılar, verileriyle ilgili her talep için doğrudan yukarıdaki adrese yazabilir. Taleplere en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
2. İşlediğimiz veriler
Hesap. E-posta adresi, görünen ad ve (varsa) profil fotoğrafı. Google veya Apple ile girişte bu bilgiler o sağlayıcıdan gelir. Apple'da “e-postamı gizle” seçilirse yalnızca bir özel iletim (private relay) adresi alırız. Giriş yapmadan “misafir” olarak da oynayabilirsiniz; o durumda e-posta almayız.
Oyun verileri. Skorlar, tamamlama süreleri, seri (streak) bilgisi, rozetler, ipucu kullanımı ve günlük ilerleme.
Liderlik tablosu. Görünen adınız ve puanınız diğer kullanıcılara açıktır. Liderlikte görünmek istemiyorsanız görünen adınızı Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilir veya hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
Satın alma. Pulzee Plus alırsanız abonelik durumunuz ve dönem bitiş tarihiniz saklanır (RevenueCat üzerinden). Kart veya ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız — ödeme tamamen Apple/Google tarafında gerçekleşir.
Bildirim. İzin verirseniz cihazınıza ait bir bildirim jetonu (push token), cihazın platformu ve saat dilimi saklanır. Saat dilimi yalnız hatırlatmayı sizin yerel saatinizde göndermek için kullanılır; konum bilgisi değildir ve konumunuz alınmaz.
Reklam. Google AdMob reklam gösterirken cihaz reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID), IP adresi ve buradan türetilen kaba konum (ülke/şehir düzeyi) ile cihaz/etkileşim bilgilerini işler. iOS'ta izleme izni sorulur; reddederseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez ama gösterilmeye devam eder. AB/AEA'da ayrıca bir rıza ekranı gösterilir. Ayrıntı: Google gizlilik politikası.
Teşhis. Uygulama çökerse hata kaydı, cihaz modeli ve uygulama sürümü toplanır (Sentry).
Geri bildirim. Uygulama içi formdan geri bildirim gönderirseniz seçtiğiniz kategori, yazdığınız mesaj, uygulama sürümü ve platform hesabınızla ilişkili olarak saklanır. E-posta alanı isteğe bağlıdır; doldurursanız yalnızca size yanıt vermek için kullanılır.
Şikayet. Liderlik tablosunda bir kullanıcıyı şikayet ederseniz şikayet eden, şikayet edilen kullanıcı, o anki görünen adı ve seçilen sebep kaydedilir. Bu kayıt yalnız moderasyon için kullanılır; şikayet edilen kişiye kimin şikayet ettiği gösterilmez.
3. Amaçlar ve hukuki dayanaklar
GDPR md. 6 kapsamında her işleme faaliyetinin dayanağı:
- Hesabı oluşturmak ve oturumu sürdürmek — sözleşmenin ifası (md. 6/1-b)
- Oyunu sunmak: skor, seri, rozet, arşiv — sözleşmenin ifası (md. 6/1-b)
- Liderlik tablosunda görünen ad ve puanı yayımlamak — sözleşmenin ifası (md. 6/1-b); bu, hizmetin kendisinin bir parçasıdır
- Pulzee Plus aboneliğini yönetmek — sözleşmenin ifası (md. 6/1-b)
- Bildirim göndermek — açık rıza (md. 6/1-a); izni cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz
- Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam — açık rıza (md. 6/1-a); AB/AEA'da rıza ekranından, iOS'ta ayrıca izleme izninden alınır
- Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam ve dolandırıcılık önleme — meşru menfaat (md. 6/1-f): uygulamayı ücretsiz sunabilmek
- Hata ve çökme teşhisi — meşru menfaat (md. 6/1-f): hizmetin çalışır ve güvenli kalması
- Geri bildirime yanıt vermek ve uygulamayı geliştirmek — meşru menfaat (md. 6/1-f); e-posta alanını doldurmak sizin tercihinizdir
- Şikayetleri incelemek ve topluluk kurallarını uygulamak — meşru menfaat (md. 6/1-f): liderlik tablosunu kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
4. Kimlerle paylaşılıyor
Verileri yalnız hizmeti sağlayan işleyicilerle paylaşırız: Supabase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı), Google AdMob (reklam), RevenueCat (abonelik durumu), Expo (bildirim iletimi), Sentry (hata teşhisi), Vercel (yönetim paneli barındırma). Ayrıca yasal yükümlülük halinde yetkili mercilerle paylaşılabilir.
5. Yurt dışına aktarım
Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı verileri Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışında (özellikle ABD) işler. Bu aktarımlar, Avrupa Komisyonu'nun kabul ettiği Standart Sözleşme Maddelerine ve — sağlayıcı katılımcıysa — AB–ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesine dayanır (GDPR md. 46 ve 45). Kullandığımız dayanağın bir kopyasını yukarıdaki e-postadan talep edebilirsiniz.
6. Saklama süreleri
- Hesap ve oyun verileri — hesabınız açık olduğu sürece. Sildiğinizde anında kaldırılır.
- Misafir hesapları — 90 gün boyunca uygulama hiç açılmaz ve oyun oynanmazsa misafir hesabı ve oyun verileri otomatik olarak silinir. Misafirken Google, Apple veya e-posta ile giriş yaparsanız misafir verileriniz o hesaba aktarılır ve misafir hesabı kaldırılır.
- Sistem yedekleri — silinen kayıtlar yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde düşer.
- Bildirim jetonu — izni geri aldığınızda veya hesap silindiğinde kaldırılır.
- Geri bildirim ve şikayetler — hesabınız açık olduğu sürece. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde gönderdiğiniz geri bildirimler (varsa e-posta adresiyle birlikte) ve sizinle ilgili şikayet kayıtları da kaldırılır.
- Hata kayıtları — en fazla 90 gün.
- Satın alma kayıtları — Apple/Google tarafında, o mağazaların kendi politikalarına göre.
- Yasal saklama — mevzuatın zorunlu tuttuğu kayıtlar yalnız o kapsamda ve öngörülen sürede tutulur.

7. Haklarınız
GDPR kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz: erişim (md. 15), düzeltme (md. 16), silme (md. 17), işlemenin kısıtlanması (md. 18), veri taşınabilirliği (md. 20), itiraz (md. 21) ve verdiğiniz rızayı geri alma (md. 7/3 — geri alma, öncesindeki işlemenin hukukiliğini etkilemez).

Cevabımızdan memnun kalmazsanız bulunduğunuz ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Türkiye'de bu merci Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK)'dur; KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız da (6698 sayılı Kanun md. 11) aynı adresten kullanılabilir.
8. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 16 yaş altından veri toplamayız. Böyle bir veri toplandığını fark edersek sileriz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy — Pulzee

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the Pulzee mobile app, on what legal basis, for how long, and what your rights are.
1. Controller

Users in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may contact the controller directly at the address above for any request concerning their data. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
2. Data we process
Account. Email address, display name and (if any) profile photo. With Google or Apple sign-in this comes from that provider. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email”, we only receive a private relay address. You can also play as a “guest” without signing in, in which case we receive no email address.
Gameplay. Scores, completion times, streak, badges, hint usage and daily progress.
Leaderboard. Your display name and score are visible to other users. If you would rather not appear, you can change your display name in Settings or delete your account.
Purchases. If you buy Pulzee Plus we store your subscription status and period end date (via RevenueCat). We never see or store your card or payment details — payment happens entirely on Apple's or Google's side.
Notifications. If you grant permission, we store a push token for your device, the device platform and its time zone. The time zone is used only to send the reminder at your own local time; it is not location data and we do not collect your location.
Advertising. When serving ads, Google AdMob processes the device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), your IP address and the coarse location derived from it (country/city level), and device/interaction data. On iOS you are asked for tracking permission; if you decline, ads are not personalised but are still shown. In the EU/EEA a separate consent screen is also displayed. Diagnostics. If the app crashes we collect the error trace, device model and app version (Sentry).
Feedback. If you send feedback through the in-app form, the category you choose, your message, the app version and platform are stored linked to your account. The email field is optional; if you fill it in, it is used only to reply to you.
Reports. If you report a user on the leaderboard, we record who reported, the reported user, their display name at that moment and the reason you selected. This record is used only for moderation; the reported person is never shown who reported them.
3. Purposes and legal bases
The basis for each processing activity under GDPR Art. 6:
- Creating your account and keeping you signed in — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
- Providing the game: scores, streaks, badges, archive — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
- Publishing your display name and score on the leaderboard — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); this is part of the service itself
- Managing your Pulzee Plus subscription — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
- Sending notifications — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it any time in device settings
- Personalised advertising — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); obtained via the consent screen in the EU/EEA and, on iOS, the tracking permission
- Non-personalised advertising and fraud prevention — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): being able to offer the app for free
- Error and crash diagnostics — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the service working and secure
- Replying to feedback and improving the app — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); filling in the email field is your choice
- Reviewing reports and enforcing community rules — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): protecting the leaderboard from abuse
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share with
We share data only with processors that run the service: Supabase (authentication, database), Google AdMob (advertising), RevenueCat (subscription status), Expo (notification delivery), Sentry (error diagnostics), Vercel (admin panel hosting). We may also share data with authorities where legally required.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider participates, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (GDPR Art. 46 and 45). You can request a copy of the safeguard we rely on at the email address above.
6. Retention
- Account and gameplay data — for as long as your account exists. Removed immediately when you delete it.
- Guest accounts — if the app is not opened and no game is played for 90 days, the guest account and its gameplay data are deleted automatically. If you sign in with Google, Apple or email while playing as a guest, your guest data is moved to that account and the guest account is removed.
- System backups — deleted records fall out of backups within 30 days.
- Push token — removed when you withdraw permission or delete your account.
- Feedback and reports — for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the feedback you sent (including any email address) and report records involving you are removed as well.
- Error logs — up to 90 days.
- Purchase records — held by Apple/Google under their own policies.
- Legal retention — records we are required by law to keep are kept only for that purpose and for the period the law requires.

7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), object (Art. 21), and to withdraw consent you have given (Art. 7(3) — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it).
To exercise them, write to hit4fgames@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. In Türkiye this is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); rights under Turkish Law No. 6698 (Art. 11) can be exercised at the same address.
8. Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we discover we have, we delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. For significant changes we update the date above; the current version is always published on this page.
